Ok, so here we are. After much deliberation and effort, I can now share with you my outlook on the whole health thing. It seems everybody these days is talking about how to be healthier, and wherever you look, health is now one of most talked about issues in the Western world. And with good reason too – has anyone seen that fat toddler who weighs as much as an adult? My word!!
Did you know that one of the biggest markets for electric wheelchairs is now the morbidly obese?
I guess you can now be Fat and Fast Smile
There is even a lingerie franchise that aims its products at larger women. How can this be? How can us a society accept this as a norm?
Now don’t get me wrong, I have nothing against larger people personally, it’s just that we now accept morbid obesity as a disease and not as a result of greedy eating. The health implications of being overweight are obvious, let alone the comfort factor.
Health is not only limited to weight or bad eating habits. Smoking, drinking and lack of exercise all contribute towards lacklustre energy levels. We need to collectively move forward in a direction that will provide us with the motivation to be fitter, healthier and most importantly…happier!
In my quest to be healthy, I have maintained my outlook and have kept a positive view. It’s no longer unappealing to eat fruit or rabbit food. Fast food is still tempting and I indulge in it occasionally, although I have found a balance that suits me.
Our bodies are all different, and it’s extremely vital to find the right balance. Luckily, there are some general techniques and products out there that work for everyone.
I only want people who will take action for a healthier lifestyle to read this blog. There is no use talking and talking and never doing anything about it. And NO, you will not start your diet again on Monday! I can’t wait to share what I have with you. Keep checking this blog out and leave a comment. Whether you are Fat, Thin, Pretty, Ugly or Indifferent I’d love to hear from you…
